I have received overwhelming number of emails on this above subject. Some Pakistanis show reservation to move back to Pakistan mainly on two reasons--too much corruption-- -secondly, they do not know what kind of business they can start. Inshallah, I will try to address both of these issues:
We need to use an approach that is widely use in Project Management called, "KISS" meaning Keep It Simple Stupid. So we have to develop the strategies which are simple and easy to implement.
How to overcome corruption:
Lets consider the first topic corruption in Islamic Republic of Pakistan--as we do not know magic, therefore we have to work hard to get rid of this corruption existing in our country. I am suggesting the following. Lets take an advantage of new technologies including "Mobile Phone with Camera", internet and YouTube. If we see any corruption committing by anyone, then record his corruption by using "Mobile Phone/Cellular Phone" and post that on "YOUTUBE" and inform everyone on "Yahoogroups" and "Googlegroups" . And anytime we see that person, we call him "BEGGARAT KUTTA". We call him and his immediate family "Beggarat Kutta Family" until he asks for forgivness on "YOUTUBE" and promise whole nation thet he would not commit any corruption again. Now talk about our Pakistani Politicians "KUTTAS". First we have to change ourselves, and we have to promise ourselves that we would not support anyone who is corrupt or killer. Also, we will promise ourselves that we would not support anyone base on Race, Sect, Gender, "Quomiat", Tribe, and Political Affiliation instead we will support people base on their character and honesty. Inshallah, soon new faces will emerge who can lead us towards prosperity. Now, as a Pakistanis we can get rid of Musharraf (thief and war criminal), Nawaz Badmash brothers (thieves and killers) and Pathetic Mr. 50% (thief and killer) husband of Qatil Bezamir (worst killer and worst thief). We have to use simple, powerful and peaceful approach. I will recommend the following. There are around 190 countries in the world and they all have embassies throughout the world, what we can do is to use internet and gather "Corruption News" on internet including "YOUTUBE" and email to all the embassies in the world and request them to help Islamic Republic of Pakistan to get rid of corruption by helping Pakistanis to remove these "KUTTAS". Please also email to "United Nation" and ask for help. Also, use "BLOGGING" a lot of news agencies allow you to use blogging. We can blog on, BBC News, CNN, Alarabia, Aljazeera, Washington Post, New York Times and so on. Also, write editorial in newspapers throughout the world. Always mention that we need change in Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and we can also convince the whole world that Pakistan is becoming poor and violent country because of our Politicians "KUTTAS" robed our wealth, and poor people do not have any other choice than to become corrupt which lead them toward terrorism to feed their children. If I have to beg you, then so be it, but please email to every country in the world. You do not have to be very fancy, just write a couple of sentences and copy some corruption news from the internet and email to embassies. Email address of the embassies can be found by using any search engine such as “GOOGLES". Inshallah, if we able to send around 200-300 million of emails throughout the world, then it will create a buzz in the entire world. Please start doing it from tomorrow. Easy isn't? (Note: if you live in Pakistan, then please convince your friends and family members to email all embassies, consulate general and United Nation) What kind of business we can start in Pakistan: here are a lot of new opportunities we can develop in Pakistan. I will discuss it a little later. However, I would like to say that we can convince two rich communities to invest in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Memons and Aga Khanis communities. They are very rich communities and they can energize whole Pakistan. Very few Pakistanis aware of the fact that "Aga Khan" paid government employee salaries of all Pakistanis for five (5) years starting from 1947. Now, we need to convince Aga Khanis to open business in Pakistan. Also, we can request Prince Aga Khan to open big companies such as Automobiles, Aerospace, Oil Refineries, Power Plant and Metal Fabrication Industries. These are very big industries and require enormous amount of capital, if Aga Khan helps us than we can open all the industries that I mention above. These industries will generate millions of jobs in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Now for people who are not rich as Prince Aga Khan, then they can start different businesses in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It should be noted that we have around 170 million people living in Pakistan, and that human capital can be used to generate wealth.. Let assume that if every Pakistani buy our item that we produce, then there is an opportunity to sell the product to 170 million people. If you do not have capital then I will recommend the following: 1) Open Private Schools. 2) Open Coaching Centers. 3) Open Restaurants. 4) Open private Hospitals. 5) Open Gyms. 6) Open Super Market Chain. 7) Open Law Firms.. 8) Open Accounting Firms. 9) Open Chicken farms. You can invest as little as $5000. You can generate 10% to 30% profit within 6 weeks. But it is a risky business, because some time chicken die by disease. You can rent the chicken farm as little as 5000 Rs. per session (6 to 8 weeks). 10) Open Cow and Goat farms. Sell meat to Arab countries. It will generate millions of dollar of foreign exchange. 11) Open IT business, and get foreign contracts. 12) Open Software Development Business, and get foreign contracts. 13) Open Real Estate Business. 14) Open a machine shop. You can buy CNC machines from HAAS or FEDAL. These machines will allow you to get foreign manufacturing contacts. These machines are expensive and cost around $200,000 to $1 million depending upon your requirements. 15) Open Plastic Manufacturing Company. You can buy injection molding machine and get foreign contracts.
